In his current role as CTO at MycoTechnology, Inc., he is responsible for profitable revenue growth by leveraging Myco's proprietary mycelium fermentation and product development platform. Myco's innovative platform & pipeline harnesses the diverse metabolism of culinary mushrooms to create whole foods and functional ingredients that are nutritious, better tasting, and healthier, such as ClearIQ, ClearHT, and a new sweet protein discovered from honey truffles. This innovative approach not only enhances the nutritional value of foods but also caters to the growing consumer demand for healthier options. Prior to MycoTechnology, he held global executive technology leadership & general management roles at companies like The EVERY Company, DuPont, Corteva, Codexis, and Genentech, where he contributed to building both large and small teams to execute strategic growth plans for the organization.
