Dr. Natalie Rubio is co-founder & CEO of Deco Labs, a Boston-based start-up supplying low-cost feedstocks to the cultivated ecosystem. Natalie has a B.S. Chemical & Biological Engineering (University of Colorado, Boulder - 2015) and Ph.D. Cellular Agriculture (Tufts University - 2021) and has previously worked or advised for non-profits (New Harvest) and start-ups (Perfect Day Foods, Bond Pet Foods, Matrix FoodTech, Ark Biotech) across the industry. She also currently serves as the Executive Director of The Cellular Agriculture Commercialization Laboratory at the Tufts University Center for Cellular Agriculture. Natalie was the first New Harvest Doctoral Fellow and was recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30 (2024) for her contributions to the field.
