As the Director ' Global Sensory and Innovation at Edlong, an award-winning flavor company, Julie leads all sensory and innovation functions for Edlong globally, ensuring that their food industry clients consistently meet and exceed consumer expectations. She collaborates with applications scientists, flavorists, and customers to design testing to meet project needs and develops industry leading technologies. Julie has extensive experience in the food industry including over 18 years in the sensory field, a degree from Purdue University in Foods, Nutrition and Business/Dietetics, a Master of Science in Nutrition Education from Rosalind Franklin University, and completion of the UC Davis Applied Sensory and Consumer Science Certificate Program.
