Dafna Gabbay is the Co-Founder and CEO of Finally Foods, an AI-driven molecular farming company pioneering the production of animal-free casein grown inside plants. Under her leadership, Finally Foods has rapidly advanced from inception to its first field trial in just 10 months, leveraging exclusive access to Evogene's proprietary AI platform. She oversees all aspects of the company's strategy, fundraising, business development, and commercialization efforts, working closely with her Co-Founder to drive the future of sustainable dairy proteins. Prior to her role at Finally Foods, Dafna was the Founder and CEO of Curical Technologies, a company that developed copper-based antimicrobial technology for medical devices. She managed and supervised all company activities, including fundraising, business development, regulatory discussions, and led a team of world-class scientists.
