Allyson Fish is the President and Chief Commercial Officer of Precision Fermentation, where she has global oversight of ADM's emerging bio-based portfolio of initiatives across Food, Feed, and Home and Personal Care segments. At ADM, Fish initially ran the Alternatives Protein Business, and today she leverages ADM's full value chain position to create industry ecosystems to fuel the growth of the broader bio- based economy. Prior to ADM, Fish served more than 12 years at DuPont's Health and BioSciences, now part of IFF, in roles such as the Global Leader for Food Enzymes and Protection and the Marketing Director of Animal Nutrition and Health. Fish, a passionate advocate for biodiversity conservation, is committed to creating more nutritious and sustainable food systems and previously sat on the board of the JRS Biodiversity Foundation.
